Josh Gregory, M.S., is a last-mile logistics and transportation expert witness, consultant, and operations advisor with more than a decade of experience analyzing and advising transportation contractor businesses across the United States. His expertise spans FedEx Ground contractors, Amazon DSP operators, bread distribution businesses, route-based logistics companies, and other last-mile delivery models operating under independent contractor and service provider agreements.

As Vice President of Operations at Route Consultant, Josh has directly consulted more than 1,000 transportation businesses and reviewed operational records, financial statements, fleet documentation, business performance data, and contractual agreements associated with more than $600 million in logistics brokerage transactions. His experience includes evaluating contractor operations, delivery network structures, labor models, fleet management practices, and the operational obligations imposed by major transportation platforms and carriers.

Josh provides expert analysis and testimony involving transportation contractor operations, last-mile delivery standards, fleet management, safety programs, telematics systems, route optimization technology, driver qualification practices, performance measurement systems, and industry operating norms.

Josh holds a Master of Science in Management from Wake Forest University and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
