Tommy began his career in the waste industry, becoming a partner in his family’s company, which grew into Nashville’s largest residential waste contractor before being sold to a national firm. Transitioning from “trash to cash,” he moved into armored transport, turning around underperforming facilities. With over 35 years in logistics leadership, he has managed up to 18 facilities across 12 states, overseeing hundreds of employees and optimizing route operations. A seasoned executive, he has driven revenue growth, improved profit margins, and reduced turnover while leading leadership training and international operations projects. A former CEO Roundtable leader for the Nashville Chamber and a certified John Maxwell coach, Tommy now resides in Nashville with his wife of 41 years, enjoying family time, church involvement, and the outdoors.
