Route Consultant Event Cancellation + No-Show Policy
1. Cancellation Window
We value your attendance and prepare our resources based on the number of registered guests. We require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the event start time to cancel or reschedule your registration. This allows us enough time to offer your seat to another individual on our waiting list.
2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
While this event is free to attend, we implement a $50.00 No-Show Fee to ensure all reserved seats are utilized.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel your registration less than 72 hours before the event start time, your card on file will be charged $50.00.
No-Show: If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, your card on file will be charged the full $50.00 fee immediately following the event.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel or modify your registration, please use the "Cancel/Reschedule" link provided in your initial confirmation email. Alternatively, you may contact our events team directly at [email protected].
4. Exceptions & Emergencies
We understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency, sudden illness, or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We reserve the right to waive fees on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies.
5. Collection of Fees
By registering for this event, you authorize Route Consultant to store your credit card information securely via our payment processor. Fees will be charged directly to the card provided at the time of checkout only in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
6. If We Reschedule
In the rare event that Route Consultant must cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via the email address provided during registration as soon as possible. In such cases, no fees will be charged to your card.
7. Policy Updates
This policy is subject to change without prior notification. The version of the policy active at the time of your registration will apply to your attendance.
