For each qualified seller you refer to Route Consultant who signs a 12-month listing agreement, you may be eligible for a total of $5,000 in referral bonuses.*
$500 Listing Bonus: Paid if and when your referral's listing goes live, as determined by Route Consultant.
$4,500 Closing Bonus: Paid if and when the transaction successfully closes and Route Consultant receives its commission.
